Panorama Luxury

Panorama Luxury is a residential apartment project that consists of six four-level buildings linked by a central volume that houses various amenities and social areas.

The project features 520 units across three main types:

• Type A: 94 units starting at 78 sqm, featuring two bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in closets, a living-dining room, a modular kitchen, a half-bath, and a balcony.
• Type B: 212 units starting at 65 sqm, including one bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a half-bath, and a balcony.
• Type C: 214 hotel-style suite units starting at 31 sqm, consisting of one bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a closet.

All apartments include porcelain floors, modular kitchens, windows made of glass and aluminum, and a full appliance package (A/C, stove, oven, extractor, refrigerator, washer, and dryer).

The project provides four social areas with common pools, 13 elevators, trash ducts, visitor parking, and lockers. Each level includes concierge support stations, and units feature 3-meter high ceilings, with options for private swim-up pools or patios.
